Star Gazing
In 2012 the Brecon Beacons National Park became the first area in Wales to gain the status of International Dark Skyes Reserve.
Upper House & Spa lies within a stones throw of the Brecon Beacons National Park, in an area with the least light pollution in England. In fact, we so love our darkness that nearby Longtown residents fought hard to stop street lights being installed!
This means that, after sun down, it is truly dark at Upper House & Spa. This enables you to enjoy the night sky to its full potential, something not possible in most parts of the country.
